Name Pastor Dave Burrus.
Born………… August 1940 in England
Was the eldest of 8 children and was brought up in a poor family
Lived in Berkshire then Essex, England for 64 years
An un-paid ordained Pastor to serve God as an Evangelist and Missionary. Serving God and His children with love and compassion in his heart.
He believes 100% that you must repent of your sins to Christ and ask for forgiveness . You cannot ask a man or woman or any object to forgive you of any sins you may have done. To get to Heaven, one must confess to Jesus Christ, ask for forgiveness of their sins and ask him into your heart.
Romans 6: 23 “The wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is Eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Romans 10:9-10 “”…if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
This is What Pastor D Burrus teaches whether he is in the remote parts of India or to you or anyone in any part of the world.
He is serving God and His children with love and compassion in His heart. He is concerned at the way people are exploited and abused for greed. He cares about the millions who live in or below poverty.
He cares very much about the children that are being abused and used for prostitution and other forms of sexual perversion. He cares about the millions of un-educated kids, which in turn brings more poverty and hardship. He cares about the poor Leprosy people.
He cares about all the un-reached that never heard the Good News about Jesus.
WHY NON-DENOMINATIONAL ?
There maybe hundreds of different denominations but only one God. We believe that in Christ all people are one – and therefore wherever you come from and whatever background you have, we make everyone welcome. We believe in ONE GOD, and ONE CHURCH. The people make up the church Christ Is at the head of the church. We are here to serve all people, because all people from all nations are God's Children.
THE VISION FROM GOD
In 1998, He had vision, in that vision He was to reach out to the remote parts of India with the Good News and also reach out and help the very poor children in India and other parts of Asia, not just with their every day needs but to help them receive an education so it will help lift them from this poverty that they are trapped in. And help other very poor people where you can. To fulfil this vision seek help and support from others in all parts of the world.
So in 1999 he founded an organisation called CRW and started to help people in remote parts of India.
After a while he got tired of hearing denominations run other denominations down, and tired of some Pastors preaching bad words about other churches.
After much prayer he left his church, and founded this fellowship, a fellowship that is non-denominational, a fellowship that welcomes every one and works to help those in need, whoever they are and wherever they come from. We are all one in Gods eyes and only God is our judge.
He is also Patron of the Child Labour Welfare Association in India and patron of a number of other children’s welfare groups.
The only reward he seeks in all this work and missions, is to see a smile put on God's children faces as they are given a new hope in their lives, and the joy of people being told the Good News in the un-reached re-mote parts of India and beyond.
Everything we do in this Fellowship, everyone is told that this love and help comes from our true living God.
Jesus said: “whatever you done for one of the least of mine, you did for me”
OUR AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
To give children an education where we can. We already have two schools in India giving poor children free education.
To help ex-leprosy people with after care. We already help many families with this plus teaching new trades.
To take children off the streets and give them a loving home. We already have one home with 28 children, we need another.Please see our sponsor a child program about sponsoring a child or other things needed. click HERE
To help teach street girls and other poor people new trades so they can help themselves and their families. We need more tools please.
To outreach in the very remote un-reached areas of India and beyond. We have already 15 churches out there, let us build on this.
To support our very poor pastors and their families. Please see our adopt a pastor program Click HERE
To help the very poor, sick and old whenever we can. At times we give out sacks of rice and other foods, we give clean water wherever possible and working on to build more bore wells in remote areas.
Some people like to buy objects to donate and at this end you can go to our web store on this web site and buy items for the needs of these people there.
In all we do, we take the Gospel Message to all the people, also we tell them this love comes from God and people that loves God and His children.
To continue we need more help please, we need your support so we can do all we can to reach out to these people. Please help fund raise for these people and to spread God's message of salvation.
I was hungry and you gave Me food;
I was thirsty and you gave Me a drink;
I was a stranger and you took Me in;
I was naked and you clothed Me;
I was sick and you visited Me;
I was in prison and you came to Me."
Then the righteous will answer Him, saying,
"Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You or thirsty and give You drink? When we see You a stranger and take You in or naked and cloth You? Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’ And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, in as much as you did it to one of the least of these My brothern, you did it to Me’ (Matthew 25:35-40)
But if someone who is supposed to be a Christian has money enough to live well, and sees a brother in need, and won’t help him – how can God’s love be within him? Little children, let us stop just saying we love people: let us really love them, and show it by our actions John 3 v 17-18
“ He who oppresses the poor shows contempt for their Maker, but whoever is kind to the needy Honors God” Proverbs 14:31
Lamentations 2 v 19 …..pour out your heart like water in the presence of the Lord, lift up your hands to Him for the lives of your children, who faint from hunger at the head of every street.
Mark 10 v 14 Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of God belongs to such as these.
And whoever welcomes a little child like this in my name welcomes me.
Matthew 18:5
“ He who oppresses the poor shows contempt for their Maker, but whoever is kind to the needy Honours God” Proverbs 14:31
The whole world is filled with violence, hatred and bitterness because there is no love for one another. The Bible says that God is love (I John 4: 8), it tells us to walk in the love of God (Jude 1:21). The love of God is the only answer to this violence stricken world and God fills us with HIS love through the Holy Spirit (Romans 5:5). Then we shall be like a house that has been built on a rock and we shall stand strong and united amidst the storms of life. The Lord will keep us as a channel of blessing to the world.
SOME SAY "IF GOD CARES FOR THESE PEOPLE, WHY DO HE NOT DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT?" THE SIMPLE ANSWER TO THIS IS, HE DID. HE MADE US!
Twice a year if possible and God willing, I make a mission trip to India to see the children and the leprosy people.
To meet up with the Pastors to sort out any needs etc. then spend two or three weeks preaching at the churches and out in the un-reached areas evangelising. Please pray for this.
The trips are planned for April and Sept each year. With the cost of plane fare which is 650 British pounds, train fares in India for 12 hour trip both ways is another 50 pounds, Hotel, food and van hire with driver is another 430 pounds. Equipment, Bibles, and transport for week long crusade 2,000 pounds
Candy, books, sacks of rice, first aid items, free clean drinking water to give out and fruit, we are talking about 900 pounds. Total 4,030 British pounds

THE MISSION TRIP
SCHOOL
He will make visits to the GNFM schools .
He will take books, pens etc to restock the school and a few new cooking pans which the school is in need of. And of course like all his visits packs of biscuits for all the children.
They always sing songs and put on a play on his visits, he will then look at all the children’s books and their work to see how they are getting on at school plus talk with the teachers to see what needs to be done and what help is needed for improvements.
THE LEPERS
He will spend time visiting all the leprosy people under the care of GNF and take them gifts of blankets, rice, fruit, medical aid, etc. He will visit the 4 leper villages, it is hoped to take one sack of rice and some fruit for each of the 46 families. Also make visits to the individuals spread out in the rural areas.
It is also hoped to have enough funds to start a craftwork shop for these people.
REMOTE VILLAGES
Along with a team of pastors and helpers, he will go to remote villages to evangelist and spread the word of God.
As always he will take with him boxes of biscuits for all the children plus some rice and fruit, for the adults.
It is the first time any of these people would have seen a white man so there is a need to show that we are friendly.
Many thousands of villages in India are still un-reached. There are 650,000 villages in India and over 70% of India’s population live in these villages, and 400,000 of these villages are yet to hear the name of Jesus Christ. We will invite them to the healing crusade and tell them there is free transport to bring them there and back.
Let us sow the seeds so the Lord can harvest
CHILDREN’S HOMES He will make visits to two children’s homes, plus our own GNFM home where he has with your support helped to rescue many kids off the streets and put them into these loving homes. He will see many old friends plus new ones.
VILLAGES
He will make visits to a number villages where there are GNFM churches to see the children that we support with education plus all the old and sick in these villages.
In these villages we hope to stock the food banks with sacks of rice ,etc
HEALING CRUSADE
We will be holding a five-day healing crusade.
Morning 9 – 11 will be worship and prayer.
Afternoon 2 – 4 will be Children’s services
Evening 8 – 11 Our Healing Crusade, with worship, prayers, salvation message and healing prayers.
PLEASE SUPPORT THIS MISSION
We are a Christian non-denominational fellowship. Called the:-
GOOD NEWS FELLOWSHIP MINISTRY
Founded in 2003 by Evanglist Dave Burrus from England,.
Our head office is now in the Philippine Islands, so to be near the mission fields of Asia..
Our mission is not only to spread the good news, but to help those in need in these very poor countries.
We choose to be non- denominational because some denominations disagree with one another and we don’t want any part of that. There maybe hundreds of different denominations but only one God.
We believe that in Christ all people are one – and therefore wherever you come from and whatever background you have, we make everyone welcome.
We believe in ONE GOD and ONE CHURCH. The people make up the church in the Body of Christ not any building.
